Suburban Realty was opened in 1971 by Pat Varnell as Broker when the Varnells decided to make Alaska their permanent home.  Pat later opend a branch office in Girdwood with son, Randy Varnell,  in charge to manage Condominium Associations at the Alyeska Resort.   When Pat retired the Girdwood branch was sold to Scott Kirkand grandson Graham became the Borker/ Owner of Suburban Realty specalizing property management of residential single family homes, mulit family apartments and condominium associations.    Suburban Realty is a member of the Anchorage Multiple Listing Servive and  is a full service real estate agency offering listing and sales services.

   Graham and his wife Carrie have two children, Esther and Micah.  Grahm and Carrie are both active in church affairs .
